Just thought I would share a helpful reminder. This comes from someone who has been know to abuse my food. Dipping in ranch, drowning in ketchup (great on tacos), and smothering in sour cream and butter. Since I a now a MTKiller, I have had to stop this food abuse. Do your corroded arteries a favor, and next time you grab the nearest condiment...stop and think of the poor food. It just wants to be loved for who it is, and not what you put on it. If you can't stop, their is a 12 step program out there for you.
